A burrito with a few ingredients will keep you full for a while. It’s quick to prepare and easy if you are in a rush, and also quite tasty!
Breakfast Burritos
(Makes 1 Burrito)

Ingredients:
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 strips bacon
- 1 tortilla
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the eggs and milk.
- Heat in a saute pan on medium high. Let them cook in the pan for 5 minutes and as they start to congeal, move the eggs around with a fork. Add the shredded cheese. When the eggs are nice and fluffy place in the tortilla.
- Cook the bacon in another saute pan until brown and crispy.
